Digital Leaders
What are Digital Leaders?
Digital Leaders at Holmer are voted in by their peers each year and they form part of our Pupil Leadership Team, along with Worship, Eco-Committee, Story-Tellers, Sports, Social Justice, Pupil Council and Peer Mentors & Wellbeing.
Digital Leaders are from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 who have a passion for technology, who want to share their knowledge with others and promote the use of all things digital throughout the school. Being a Digital Leader is a fantastic opportunity to take on responsibility, learn new skills, develop and demonstrate leadership skills and be a real help for busy teachers.

When do Digital Leaders meet?
Weekly meetings with Digital Leaders enable them to learn and participate in Digital Developments within Holmer. So far this year, Digital Leaders have led two assemblies – each around the important topic of E-safety, after composing poems using AI technologies about the mythical town of Cyberlandia.. They have also applied, received and organized the storage of our wonderful class set of Micro:Bits from the BBC scheme.
