Welcome to Year 6 

6H and 6D 

The class teacher for 6D is Mrs. Deuchar and the teaching assistant is Miss Jones. 6H are taught by  Mr. Hartland, with Mrs. Wride as the teaching assistant. Year 6 also have Mrs. Keating working with them! 

In Year 6, we strongly recommend pupils regularly log onto Times Tables Rock Stars, Spelling Shed, Arithmagicians and SPaG.com - these apps are highly motivating and regular practise of these skills is proven to help to embed learning. If your child forgets or loses their login details, we are more than happy to reissue this. Homework will be assigned on Seesaw and it will be expected to be completed in exercise books to a high standard. 

Year 6 is a hugely rewarding year group. Rest assured, pupils will be supported every step of the way. Should you have any questions, worries or need any help at all, our doors are always open!
