I am hugely supportive of Holmer CofE Academy, due to their values, ethos and commitment to the children.  My son is a current pupil at Holmer, and I am able to see first-hand the positive impact his educational environment has on him.  I am an experienced HR Director (MCIPD), Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Leadership & Management.  I have spent 16 years within the Manufacturing Industry and now work with Higher Education at the New Model Institute for Technology & Engineering (NMITE). NMITE is a new HEI that wants to change the future of engineering, in its delivery, diversity and impact.   I am passionate about promoting STEM to all ages, and encouraging young people to be creative, passionate and determined.
